CVS Caremark more like care not
We were on a cross country road trip and refilled our prescription prior to the trip. Then when we were four states away we got into a car accident that totaled our car and RV. We lost everything, including our medications. We talked to our doctor and insurance to get a refill. We called the nearest pharmacy in Cambridge, Ohio, to confirm they’d received the refill from our doctor. They had and we got a text to come in and pick it up. When we arrived, the tech started to ring us up and then another tech, Dorothea (?) looked us up and down and asked if we had even tried looking for the meds. Then she talked to the pharmacist, Bill, who asked to see our police report. Then he said there’s no mention of meds in the police report. Then he wouldn’t accept the fax from the physician or talk to the clinic about the order. He was rude, condescending and had no sympathy for the situation we had just gone through. I explained what had happened and if he could talk to the clinic and he refused. We needed to call them and have them send a prescription with specific words about filling the prescription early. He refused to even run the order through insurance. He just walked off in the middle of our conversation. When I called corporate hq, they said the pharmacist has the right to refuse to fill a request from anyone for any reason. He was just performing due diligence. So apparently part of that due diligence was eyeing me up and down and determining he needed to review my police report, not talk to my doctor about the prescription and make me wait to get a prescription that says exactly what he wants. Would this pharmacy and staff treat someone who is not disabled and a minority so poorly? I have never had such terrible service and I was not the only one who experienced issues on this day. I noticed they also gave another person of color a hard time for their order based on how they looked but no issues for any of the white customers. This is the third day since the accident and I still have not received the meds. I can’t change pharmacies because the prescription has already been sent in.

Horrible Customer Service
The customer service at the Pharmacy is horrible. They are just straight to your face rude and make it obvious they don’t want to help you.

Highest price I found
I just tried to get a prescription bit pharmacy had trouble confirming my insurance, so I asked them what it would cost to pay cash... They quoted me over $500! That was more than I could afford, but I did come across a discount coupon site that promised big discounts. The prices dropped down to $190... That's better. However, as I scrolled down, I saw many Pharmacies offering the same product for around $20... That's right, twenty dollars. Just paid $18.36 for my prescription, elsewhere.

Leominster Hospital Location
The location in Leominster near the hospital is atrocious. Iv been on the same medicine for 4 years. CVS refused to fill my prescription because the directions were not clear. That's not your call to make. You caused me a huge headache not to mention I would had to make a hospital visit if it didn't get filled.

I suggest they improve the on-line customer experience, accuracy of recorded info on the phone, staff selection, and training.
I have several suggestions to improve CVS pharmacy customer experience. For the past two days I've tried to schedule a COVID shot at the CVS on 1100 South High in Harrisonburg. The web site froze each time and didn't send a text confirming my identity. I stopped in at the store this morning to schedule an apt in person, since it indicates on the web page I can. I was told they don't schedule apts. I called the 1-800-shop cvs number they provided and the recording indicates I can schedule a shot on line, however I was automatically transferred to store 4237 and they again stated they can't schedule apts, and simply hung up.

Worst pharmacy ever
Worst pharmacy ever. Particularly since Aetna bought them. It's like a monopoly now if you have Aetna insurance. Medications are constantly out of stock and they won't even tell you until you come in or call them AFTER it was due. I've had several times where they will say they ordered something and find out days later they didn't do anything! I swear they purposefully delay medications to create gaps to increase their profits. No one can be this incompetent.

Run from this company
Run from this company, especially the location in Tavares Florida. Incompetent, arrogant and useless all at the same time. I’m calling the state of Florida, BBB, anyone that will listen, it seems they care less how the doctor prescribes. It’s always someone else’s fault. Run, run, run as fast as you can.

Wurst service ever at the clinic for a simple ear cleaning procedure. When I got home that night my hearing aids got clogged with left over ear wax. A waist of $55:59 called 3 times with my complaint and never got a call back. They got my money, they don’t care. 🤐

Lazy and no regard for customers
The pharmacist at the CVS store 08000 in Homestead, Eduardo Engler refuses to order my medication with the excuse that it is in high demand and he knows it won't come ... without even trying. I have to go when other employees are there so that they can place my order. And they do it without hesitation regardless of how long it takes for the medicine to come in. And usually it does not take very long. But this pharmacist has no regard to the client. It is not up to him to decide what medication to place an order for or not. His job is to order it period and dispense it when it comes in. He has done this to me several times already. No one else there gives me a hassle. Shame on him. If I could give 0 stars is what I would rate him.

Not helpful or friendly at all
Lady helping was not friendly at all. Acted like I put her out when I said I was picking up prescriptions. She never asked if I had any questions about any of the new prescriptions I picked up and I forgot to ask. Pretty disappointed in CVS and their service.

I would rate as negative stars but it is not an option. Finneytown CVS is the worst pharmacy in the industry. Should all be fired and not work in any customer service field.

CVS pharmacy on Illinois is perhaps the worse pharmacy ever. Going overseas my doc called in my RX. Id first get a message that it was there, then a 2nd message that it wasnt, then go to my app and it says the doc declined it- then when speaking to pharmacist they offered to help find a pharmacy that had the medication so I can take a cab and get it. Ten days of this nonsense with this pharmacy. Can you imagine?

This is for the pharmacy only . The 24hr pharmacy on Centreville rd in manassas va. They run out of medication and don't call or text. Keep you on hold for 25 minutes or longer. No one can answer a question in the 25 minute wait time? Get rude when you ask a question. I totally understand that they are working on medication (don't want that messed up) but someone pleasant can answer questions. Like how much is a medication. Put the price in the text so people don't have to call and bother you. Please someone take this seriously. It's not a good experience when someone really needs answers and medication.

CVS # 00942
CVS # 00942 at 542 Providence Rd in Brooklyn CT has a lady by the name of Shannon that is very rude and unprofessional. She talks about her customers to other customers and I have seen her in there a few times drunk or on drugs and to top it off she can't even drive her own vehicle because she has a breathalyzer in it and she knows that she will not be able to start her car. She isn't someone that I would want to work in my pharmacy. I was told she was a manager but then I was told she just works there. I have heard other people complain about her as well This has happened several dates not just that one
